I really enjoy Ellie’s. C-2 class. It has a great difficulty level. She has a similar class format, so the more you go, the more consistency in being able to execute the class. I enjoy her class. The time works well at 5:45 as I can go after work and still get home at a decent time

Great classes. Super nice people the yoga sculpt classes have to be hot. People should know they’re coming to a class and therefore, if they don’t like the heat go to a different class

It was my first time taking a yoga class and it was amazing! It's a very friendly environment, and I felt welcomed/included!
The studio was clean, welcoming, and fun. Bethany did a great job and she encouraged us to just focus on our practice and that it was okay not to be able to do it all. Will definitely be taking another class with her!

CorePower has been such a great experience! The instructors push you to try new poses, while also guiding you to ultimately increase your stability and strength through practice. Definitely recommend!

Instructor Juan Nuineo was terrific. His experience was evident. Great flow, great attention to students. And THANK GOODNESS. A teacher trained to do assists. The new inexperienced teachers are HORRIBLE - no assists, music too loud, no verbal corrections. They don’t even get yoga as a mindfulness practice.
This is a great studio, very clean and the instructors are very attentive and kind upon arrival. The rooms are ideal size in that they're more conscious of the number of attendees and don't try to cram to many people into a class I've found.
