Great experience. Music was on point, probably top 10 in terms of sculpt classes I have taken since the beginning of the pandemic. I’m currently in YSTT and if I’m able to pass the audition I plan on mirroring this structure in terms of cues/ music selection and class format/sequence.

Every single studio is clean and staffed by very nice people. The only thing I sometimes struggle with is that some classes get too humid for me and I almost feel like I could get sick.
Is there a way to regulate the temp so it doesn't get as hot as the HIPF classes? Would you be open to offering a lower heat class once or twice a week? I would do my best to attend! I think having a break from the super hot once a week would be so valuable.

Carly L. is an amazing instructor!!! Her flows are creative and have me feeling grounded and rejuvenated. Her cues are clear and inclusive, giving many options for all levels. I love going to her class!!

Love the community and the space, the different classes! My only feedback is some of the teachers having been doing the same flows for C2 for months. Would appreciate it if they switched it up!
I started my CorePower experience earlier in the year and I can proudly say that it has changed my sense of mindset entirely. I can’t imagine my Monday/Tuesday/wednesdays without my CP2 classes w Brittany. I have and would recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to strengthening my mind and body through this practice.

My instructor Irma S. was incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring. She has challenged my body and mind and I just signed up as a member with Core Power simply because of her. I look forward to the journey ahead.

LOVED this 90s themed sculpt class!!!!!! So much fun and such a great workout! Instructor had such a positive attitude and great energy! Left feeling so much better than when I came in!
