Customer service s great in the store in edinburg,Tx. we have a charge aaccount with Hydradyne across all locaiton in texas, and our other brnachesi n texas use you all for our needs. Most of the time we use Mcallen Hydraulics or Rio Hydraulics due to pricing. Please look into setting us a set disc. price to increase you sales. I work in the parts dept. and Purchasing so i issue most of the PO's. my direct number is Phone number removed

My salesperson was very professional and courteous and found a replacement for my discontinued valve body when other companies couldn't. 14 week lead time and the new valve arrived in 2 weeks.
I got to talk to a human right away that understood what I was asking. I received a written quote within minutes. I received follow-up emails regarding the status of my order. All of these things used to be the norm. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. When I receive this type of customer service I come back for more which I did.
