Garret and your crew are great to work with. I had another company that would do this kind of work for me and now I only have you guys. Top notch service and usually pretty speedy turn arounds on my rebuilds. Honestly, if Garrett every leaves your company I'll probably stop using you. He's very knowledgeable, true to his word, and I can still trust a handshake deal with him.

They were able to source a component quickly for a unit we are working on and had issues getting a response for parts from manufacturer. Stephen Long was very helpful and easy to work with. Will continue working with them as a vendor in the future and highly recommend them for all your needs.

Kimberly takes care of business and Dan from Parker worked very close with Tige... and hopefully the new Dan will too. I don't like Parker's extremely long lead times and it's a struggle to get them to rearrange their schedule but Kimberly stays on top of things working with Parker people on our behalf.

My customer received the order and informed me that he had received the incorrect seal.
I contacted Hydradyne OK City, informed of the issue and was transferred to my salesman. He sent the correct seal the same day and have customer scrap the incorrect seal there.
No muss no fuss. Done and Done

what a well run company. i brought two hydraulic cylinders from our tractor to them. the guy at the counter was very pleasant. he explained everything they were going to do. I was kept informed and was given an estimate a few days later. they did everything they said they would do. I received the cylinders back looking as if they were brand new. parts worked perfectly.
