Dealing with Forrest Canterbury has been an awesome experience. He comes through every time we need him. Very honest. Very upfront if it not something he can do. I never have to guess on the status of a project or a pump I have.

We have been in a bind more than once and he has pulled us out and helped us avoid unnecessary downtime.

Easy to work with on every project. Calls back and answers every question we have.

Anytime I have asked for help locating a specific part Louis and Chris have done everything possible to help us out. Our type of business is different from normal run of the mill customers so it often takes a little more research to find what we need.

Occasionally lead times can be long, but in general they are very quick. Our representative is very quick to respond and friendly.

Great customer service!

We are located in Michigan and you were able to resolve our issue in one 5 minute phone call with the parts arrived next business day. Our local Parker rep could not resolve my issues in three weeks and counting....

website was easy to use, my only complaint is my final invoice did not show a breakdown
of the parts and shipping costs it was just a total I had to provide the order acknowledgement
to my customer also to show the breakdown

That's easy ... service, on the phone or at the counter. When you make an inquiry, you get an answer. If they don't know the correct answer, then they will find out.

Knowledgable staff. Easy to work with. They have a lot of stock, but what they do not have they usually can get quickly. Their custom fab area is really impressive.

I was new to this location but not new to Hyrdadine, and from the moment i walked inn, folks asked what i needed and even though it was before a Holiday were quick to help and even run to an adjacent (storage) location to help me, yes sure I'd come back..
