I was a first-time customer, and Dede made me feel comfortable right from the start. She took the time to understand my haircut preferences and asked several questions to ensure that she got everything just right.

Sports Clips location at Briarcliff Road and North Druid Hills is a delight to visit. The professionals know me by first name. Each stylist takes the time to understand how my cut is desired every time I visit no matter what my history suggests. Also, conversations during my sessions, as well as other customers around me, are enjoyable. The stylist at this location are jewels. They should be a working example on how to interact with customers.
NOTE: On my last visit, one stylist dealing with a young man not keen on getting his haircut turned out to be an entertaining event with many laughs. His mom appeared to happy and he appeared to love his trendy new cut.
Give ms. Shalyn a raise, she deserves it.

The experience is just great all-around. Everything is very efficient, the hair stylists are knowledgeable about their craft and personable, and the shower and massage are a great way to unwind.

Excellent service from my stylist (Deena or Dee was her name I think). Very professional and offered great recommendations for styling, cut, and products. She made it a thourough and tailored experience, and not just a haircut.
This is the best barbershop around. I know it’s a franchise, but it feels like the neighborhood barbershop. They all know who you are. They’re glad you’re back. They all take the time to get to know you. And it’s an amazing quality cut. I get compliments the day every time I go. Really special barbers there.
