Price and quality. I also like the online check-in, but this feature was not working for the Druid Hills location for several days. I finally just decided to show up, and had to wait over an hour for my stylist.
Please get the online check-in issue resolved.
Shaylynn at the North Druid Hills location was the kindest, most knowledgable, and best stylist I've had.
I tried to go to the 1715 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta, location but they locked the doors with 45 minutes left of business hours and all the employees were visibly sitting in the chairs on their phones and refused to see me. The next day I went to the same location to get a haircut as they opened, but there were 3-4 people waiting outside the door and the doors weren't even opened yet (10:06 am ET). I was in a time crunch and went to the next closest location which was North Druid Hills.
When I arrived there, the entire staff was friendly. I enjoyed my time with Shaylynn and had great conversations with her. She even taught me some styling tips/tricks/lingo for getting my haircut.
When I need my haircut again, I WILL be going to see Shaylynn at the North Druid Hills location.
The staff is always friendly and makes sure you are happy with your haircut before you leave.
