Everything, the results were amazing. Carpet is 10 years old and never cleaned before. It looks like new carpet and the young man that did the cleaning was everything you would want in an employee. He was pleasant, personable and very good at his job.

The technician was very knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. My husband is an retired IBM engineer and so he really appreciated that. We ended up adding a couple of things due to mold which the technician found. Since this was the very first time we ever had the ducts cleaned in 45 years, the house certainly needed the service!

We had a great experience with Zerorez. This was our first time getting our rugs and couch cleaned. The representative did a great job of explaining the service and any potential side effects given that two of our rugs have viscose in them. The rugs came back beautiful and the couch looks as good as new. We will definitely be using your service again in the future.

The one doing the carpets was right on time. The gentleman was very cordial and went right to work cleaning the carpets. He did a great job of cleaning, including some water spots and a few other spots, and was done in a timely manner. i will use Zerorez again when needed and will

I liked the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency & friendliness of staff. The product left my old carpet with a newer look, no stickiness or soapy feel.

The service technician was great. Friendly and seems knowledgeable. After getting the equipment setup when he went to turn it on nothing happened. He had to call and have another technician come out with a replacement vehicle. After about an hour he was finally able to start the carpet cleaning.

They were very professional, they explained the whole process and it was pretty cheap. I love how my couch turned out!!!
