It cleans without a lot of downtime waiting for it to dry. You can walk on floors right after. Floors were clean and smelled clean

I appreciate that you bring your own water so we didn’t have to use the water here in Georgetown that is full of limestone and chlorine. There is no soapy residue so the carpets aren’t crunchy and there was no smell. We are very sensitive to smells so that was a plus. I’ll see you next year 😊

He was very professional and patient and explained everything and did not seemed rushed in any way and yet finished very quickly. It was clearly not his first rodeo as he was very knowledgable and efficient and an overall great representative. The flooring looked way better when he finished and we are very pleased with how well the Zerorez products cleaned what was very dirty flooring.
