Went beyond

Best carpet cleaning we have ever had.

The products are clean and very effective. The process was simple. Make sure you do your part and remove furniture and other items that are in the way and vacuum your carpets and flooring. We took the time to get it ready and I think that had a great deal to do with how great the flooring turned out. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely professional and kind. He was great to work with. He showed up on time and spent about 3 hours with us. We will use them again without hesitation. Price is a little higher than we have ever spent but it was 100% worth it. The grout didn’t come out as well as I’d hoped but it was a free extra. We will hire someone else to come in to deep clean those.

I was extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning provided by Zerorez. I was especially impressed by the kindness, politeness, professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by Josh who provided the service and am super happy with the results. Great quality, great service, great value, great results!

I have used you before to have my tile cleaned and my carpet cleaned in my house. This is time is the first time I had you clean my couches. The couches came out really nice. The only problem is the cushions were damp and stacked against each other on the couch and they would not dry out so I had to spread them out on the floor. It was hard to do because they’re very heavy. I am 80 years old and I weigh 100 lbs.
