Our technician, Stephan, was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the process before he started. He took pride in his work. Our 12 year old carpet looks brand new and we are very pleased. We have had our carpets cleaned by two other companies and would never use anyone but Zerorez again. It was a rainy day but the carpets dried within a couple of hours. There was no pressure to upsell any treatments or products which was greatly appreciated. What was quoted was what we paid.

After he left, we went out to run some errands and were surprised when we came home two hours later to dry carpets in spite of the fact that the area was hit by a powerful rain storm during our absence.
