Impeccable service. Showed up on time. As each room was cleaned, I was asked to inspect it so it was well done. Friendly service. Expectations on some stains were clearly explained. I did add an extra room that I hadn’t originally planned on. Great job.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the “extra” $10 service fee tacked on to my bill. I thought it was a simple error. I called to see what it was for. Was told it is always automatically added to everyone’s invoice. It’s for expenses like shoe covers and other misc items. I feel that should be part of the actual pricing because it comes across as false advertising to me. I would rather have a company give me an accurate bid than have “hidden” fees.

The carpet and floors looked wonderful after the technician (Stephan) was finished. We appreciated him explaining how the cleaning worked for both the carpet and grout and showing us the difference on a test patch. Will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to friends.

Carpets felt plush and were not super saturated upon completion.
There was an area in a bedroom that looked like it may have been missed because there was a small spot under a desk that came up when we hand cleaned it.
