First of all, this is a green company. No detergents or chemicals involved in the cleaning process. Effective cleaning, and reasonably priced.

How clean my carpet is without any chemicals

Our dogs got skunked this week right before bedtime and stunk up the rugs throughout the house and our guest bathroom where they were stashed overnight before we could take them for baths. Pew-wee! We called Zerorez on Thursday and they came on Friday to clean tile floors, carpets, and special attention in the guest bathroom; then took the rugs off site for deep cleaning. The carpets are like new and the tiles and grout have never been so sparkling. Watching the tile scrubber was addictive! Great service and products! Beau the technician is the Best!

My rugs always come back looking like new. The Zerorez staff are competent and friendly when initially coming to price the cost for cleaning. The prices are fair and the turnaround time is rapid.

I loved everything about it! The equipment that was used was really impressive. Aaron explained that it was similar to a power washer, which made sense because my grout has never looked better.
