Absolutely loved the two employees who were there for my first session. They were warm and welcoming while not being "too much."

My instructor was very helpful, checked in in me throughout the hour and made sure that I had help when needed. I wasn't always sure his counts were for reps or for how long to hold a rep, but other than that, I felt like the first class was easy to follow and enjoyable!

I love the facility and the Megaformer for its versatility. Mitchell was a great trainer. He is as encouraging as he is rigorous and is really good at adapting to your individual learning style and needs.

Love the method, the instructors, and the loud music (in Old Town). I have tried other studios and the good sound system just motivates me!
Lagree is so effective and toning and tightening and it’s always a challenge.
