Great teachers with individual styles

There are some amazing sculpt teachers, especially Tabu in PL! But the level of teacher varies greatly and it can be frustrating when you want a good workout and the teacher is beginner level.

Instructors are trained and they use their training to teach me the best placement to get the best overall transformation experience. It is an incredible workout as well. It is not slow like one may think. A chirooractor recently told me my range of motion was extraordinary in comparison to other women in my age group. He also said the space between my vertebrae had expanded to excellent placement.

I love the teachers!

I love that I always feel happier as soon as I walk through the door. The classes always are taught by such positive and thoughtful instructors. I never feel as if i am not getting my moneys worth. All of the classes incorporate the right amount of challenge and relaxation! After a horrible back injury, i have finally been able to find therapy, both mentally and physically, with core power yoga.

Teachers are great, class schedule is great - Marissa is a wonderful inspiration and teacher

I love that I was provided a free mat and a free towel my first class!. I don't like that I wasn't given two towels my first time to put down on my mat. I was slipping around and it made the class less enjoyable. An additional free towel would have made my first class more enjoyable.
