frequent classes, challenging flow, good instructors. NEED: keep water bottle filler working. Filter needs to be changed. More showers or a shower for people who want to just rinse off. Some people hog showers.

Friendly instructors are tolerant of inexperience. Everyone is positive, the hours are great, the place is clean. I feel awake and healthy after the classes, they are a great workout. Really enjoying it so far.
