Overall great vibe. Many classses offered every day. Showers are clean and is a must for me since I go to work after class. Super friendly and helpful instructors. I just wish there was a studio in Otay Ranch/Southbay

I travel across the country for work and have had the pleasure of visiting many different CPY studios. By far and above PT Loma has the best teachers. More specifically Kate T and Tabu, they are unlike anyone else I have experienced. High energy, face paced and very encouraging. They are the bar that I rate sculpt and C2 classes to, none have come close.
I love Rene's Saturday class! It is great yoga with the perfect mix of encouraging words. Always an inspiration!

Kind, thoughtful, knowledgable teachers who are cueing beasts and atmospheric wizards. Clean (!!!) and neat environment is fantastic, and a super hot/humid room to unwind in is much appreciated.
