I was nice core power 1 for me. I have not been to a class in about 3 year and the experience was nice.

The class was great and the instructor was helpful and friendly. I had not been to yoga in a while but don't like when instructors loudly correct me. The instructor of this class quietly suggested some modifications and it was no big deal. I felt relaxed and like I had a good workout.

Love that you always have great new yogi things. Love the yogi wear and products can be bought right where I go to yoga. The staff is always so nice and I've never had a bad instructor.
