Student Testimonials
Friendly staff, clean locker room
Everyone is friendly and welcoming!
The variety and number of classes offered.
I love the community, the teachers/staff, the music, the energy, the workshops, the teacher training. Mike Konrad's class is always incredible. I love it. He's so inspiring.
I always leave with a great outlook and workout. Lots of classes to choose from
Great instructors!!! The best and most consistent. And I like the new 5:30am C2 offering!
Staff was welcoming and helpful. Studio was clean. Class was fun and challenging. Thanks for having me!
The staff is always very warm and welcoming, and despite the appearance on the schedule, there is a lot of diversity between teachers. For example, certain teachers will conduct a c2 that is very acrobatic and geared towards advanced yogis whereas other instructors offer a less intense, less Heated c2 that is accessible to more people. Once you get to know the instructors, it's easy to choose classes that suit both your schedule and your physical and mental states.
Sculpt instructors are amazing: Rebecca, Becca, Tabitha, Liz Br, Anne L.
Some of the new class times are proving to be a bit of a challenge: Friday 3:30pm sculpt is difficult to get to and others seem to agree. And I, along with my others, very much miss Rebecca's 75 min class on Sunday's. However, 6am(vs. 6:15am) sculpt classes are a terrific change.
Great instructor!
The energy and the great class selection
My boyfriend and I joined at the same time and we love the different intensities of the different classes. Plus we love how each instructor does focus in on improving each individual in each class. Awesome location and awesome, very dedicated instructors
The practice and the energy in the room.
The instructors; the studio, the atmosphere:)
Great classes! Your teachers are the best and I love attending.
Marta is an amazing teacher! Her class was so interesting and challenging. I will always love Corepower and highly recommend it
Warm inviting culture, positive vibes, knowledgeable instructors who are truly invested in their practice & of that of their students. Great workout for the mind, body & soul. Challenging structure with inspiring environment where you are able to grow. No class is the same as the day before. Best word to describe cpy - addicting!
Love cpy yoga. And your teachers are very professional
clean studios, easy to navigate class schedule, interior design of the studios, close proximity to my house.
The sculpt classes
clean studio and great instructor
Accessible, clean, tidy and always in great shape! Love the personnel / staff, too!
Now that the new Grant schedule has been in place for a couple of weeks, I thought I would offer a few comments. I have been practicing at the Grant Studio since 2005 and have personally witnessed the huge CPY growth through the years. Despite the growth, CPY has managed to continue to provide an authentic yoga experience. However, I believe this is changing because of the new schedule that has only 15 minutes between classes for the following reasons.
1. The yoga studio is a sacred space. The time before class and the time after class honor this by allowing some time to transition from the outside world to the studio and within yourself. Shortening the time between classes impedes this transition.
2. The time before and after class is a time for community interaction. The instructors often discuss and promote the benefits of community. Less time between classes obviously means less time to interact with one and other in the sacred studio space.
3. Years ago, I took to heart many a teacher’s advice that savasana was the most important pose of the class. And, like many advanced practitioners, I stay in savasana through and after the goodbye namaste. Those 5-10 minutes afterward feed my soul as much as anything that happened during the vinyasa. Now, as soon as class is over, the lights come up, the music changes, the cleaners start cleaning, and the new students pour in for the next class. No more extended savasana. In fact, I find myself becoming anxious and distracted when I begin savasana. It’s not the respite that it used to be and that upsets me.
4. Thirty minutes between classes provided enough time for the locker room to clear out after class before the students for the next class came in. Now there is bumping and stumbling as the comers and goers mingle. I can’t even imagine what it must be like in the women’s locker room.
5. Thirty minutes used to provide enough time for the dank of one class to mostly dissipate before the start of another. That doesn’t happen with 15 minute intervals.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback, and hope that management will consider returning to a schedule with 30 minutes between classes – especially during the more crowed late afternoon and evening classes.

Clean facility, great instructors, class variety, and variety of times
it was my first time practicing in a studio in 2 years due to a car accident. I was nervous and afraid. Your staff was so welcoming and my class with Matt was amazing. I am so happy to be back in the studio and loved it. First name removed Robinson
Had some really enthusiastic instructors that made it awesome, and were very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff and killer yoga sessions!
Clean, inviting space. The studio at Grant street is so beautiful!
Classes offered are extremely versatile so there's something for everyone! They also have several to offer throughout the day so if you can't make one at 7 there's probably one you cn join at 7:30 or 8. The staff is so nice and helpful, whether it's the teacher or the person cleaning the floors. Love corepower yoga, especially Grant!

Consistent, clean, classes stay on task, great place to be introduced to yoga and to learn. Relevant classes and teachers, music, atmosphere. I like the deeper teachers, with their own strengths.
