Jessie has been our sales rep twice, and he is fantastic. We would definitely recommend him to anyone! He is knowledgeable, honest, and personable.
The service department could certainly work on their response time and general communication skills. We have been frustrated with them on several occasions.

We’re found the salesman very helpful with getting everything we wanted in our RV. The service department went out of their way in my mind to make sure the trailer was ready to go once I hooked up to it. The roadside service has been very good so far with only a few missed appointments.

Jesse took care of us from the initial call. He was able to answer my questions and when he didn’t know, he took the opportunity to find out and get back to us which is refreshing as your competition would make it up if they didn’t know.

The attention to detail and prompt feedback built the trust needed to know we were dealing with the right people when buying our travel trailer.

Service right to my driveway is convenient, as I did have numerous trouble with my new unit, I believe they are all repaired? Was end of season!
