Four Seasons is right there and even provides on site service, saving customer numerous small trips to repair minor issues that invariably occur with any product that is loaded with electronics, plumbing, heating, a nd is driven on our rough Canadian roads. Their service department is polite and always there for you. I've purchased several RV's and in future I cannot see myself ever going to another dealer.

The service.

We ran into unexpected equipment issues while on the road from Calgary to Toronto. Our first night in Swift Current we had no hot water and we’re unable to have water at all plus the fridge quit working. We were so fortunate to get the numbers for 4 Seasons at Virden. When we called from the highway and told our tale they said to come by as soon as we reached Virden. They did as much as they could that day, set us up overnight in the lot and finished the job early next morning. We were back on the road at 8. Erin was so helpful and our Technician Chris was awesome. 6 stars out of 5
