The repair service and warranty service is very good. We live 170 miles from Virden but they sent a serviceman right away to replace a cable on one of the slides even though it was functioning and had not broken yet. Everyone I talked to are pleasant and enjoyable to deal with.

So far we have enjoyed our new camper! The road side assistance was extremely helpful, the only issue that we discovered was we needed our carbon monoxide detector replaced, the technician came out to remove the old one and I was told that they might have a black one in stock, time went by and no call about coming to reinstall the new one, so I contacted the technician and was told to make another service call. In my opinion that should have been completed with out me having to call a second time.
My wife and I bought a 2018 Jayco camper and we like it very much.

I believe that the Keystone Cougar line of Rv's is a quality product from the research that we have completed and this was further backed by the information received from your store. The entire arrangement from Sales (Marlon) to financing (Danielle & Ashleyh) to service and demo (Garth & Chris) was top notch.
Also, Four Seasons offers a very good after sales support with a 3 year service program which was one of the reasons why I selected your store for our purchase. The other reason was right from the time that we had started to express an interest in wanting to acquire a RV your staff, which goes back to our first starting with Deb King, has been excellent.
We have now bought 4 trailers from Four Seasons Sales and it's the service that keeps bringing us back. There is no sales pressure either which makes bargaining a lot less stressful. Have already recommended Four Seasons Sales as the best place to buy to friends and strangers.
The customer service was incredible, while I was making my way from New Brunswick to Calgary I ran into some problems pulling my 30ft 2013 travel trailer and with out hesitation 4 seasons employees got me rite in and back on the road with an hour. I would recommend these guys! Absolutely great customer service. My hat is off to these wonderful people

The 5th wheel that we bought was what we wanted the size and floor plan was the best.
The quality of the trailer has some defects. The cupboard door pin hinges are falling out already The Staples on the ceiling show.
The mattress quality is sinking . We have had the trailer 4 months.
The stove grommets come out when wiping to clean very easy. Missing already.
The staff at Four Season was friendly and assisted us when we were there.

The whole reason we chose to buy at this dealership is because of their service reputation and we have now seen for ourselves that it is indeed outstanding. We loved the zero pressure service we received at Four Seasons while shopping for our new camper. When we came back to pick it up we received a thorough walk through which was fantastic. We were able to purchase a few products that we needed so we are ready to start off the next camping season in our brand new camper. We can hardly wait!
