Sales staff treated us great even when buying a used camper we were treated the same as if we had bought a brand new one. Kevin put up with us texting him and calling him at least 20 times over the course of the buying process. Service department went above and beyond sending the mobile repair guy to us in the pas with next to no notice so we could camp for may long weekend. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a camper and have already sent a few friends to them!

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs are completed in a very professional and timely fashion. If something isn't working standard repairs show it should be done, they find a way to make it better.

The staff that I directly worked with treated me great and always helped with all my questions , concerns , problems etc. Bill , Garth , Terri Lynn , Jennifer & Jason. The roadside assistance is also one of the main reasons I started buying at Four Seasons.
The one thing I would like to add that makes the experiences disappointing is the the way the companies are making the trailers cheaper and cheaper and not checking them over before sending them to be sold at the dealerships. The customer shouldn’t have to call you guys for so many problems after pick up when these things should be looked into before delivery to the dealerships. The tv , the bed matteress are garbage.
Fixed most of the issues with my trailer with a commitment to finish the work when parts come in.
The service department is always willing to help. They have been helpful with our camper deliveries and service calls.
I purchased a used trailer and it was clean and must have well taken care of.
Things were checked and what was missed was taken care by the tech the following week at my yard.
