We liked that you sell the Jayco brand RV so we didn’t have to buy from the Winnipeg dealer. We had interaction with the WPG dealer in the Summer of 2020 and they were rude with no customer service skills and the owner was very rude and greedy. The other WPG Jayco dealer has the take it or leave it mentality so I was so happy when I found out we could spend $70,000 at Four Seasons instead.

I like the service we get when there is an issue.

We were treated so well when we came to pick up our camper. While we did our demo the parts department installed a hitch and brake controller. They worked so professionally and so well as a team to get that done for us and get us on the road home quickly. One thing that really stuck out with me was the fact that our sales man took the time to greet us upon arrival and check in with us during our demo. He was also there to see us off on our way home. That impressed me and made me feel like a valued customer even after the sale was already completed.

This was the second camper we have purchased! Service and quality once again exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to enjoying our new unit and the ongoing relationship with your company.
