My daughter started at Mathnasium her 8th grade year. She was taking Honors Algebra and struggling. She had always been a straight A student. Her teacher called the night before Thanksgiving and said that Ava needed help, she had just gotten a 54 on a test. The next Monday, I signed her up at Mathnasium. They gave her a test to see what areas she needed to work on and set up a binder with work geared towards her. She is able to split her sessions into 2 parts, half she works on the binder and half she works on what she is learning in school. Ava now consistently receives 100% on her math tests and quizzes. The results were immediate. I am forever grateful, and so is she!

The things that I most Love about Mathnasium is that the instructors work in small groups and the work with your child very closely.

Although my daughter attend for less than 1 month of sessions, she benefited enough to earn an 85 on math tests that she had prior to tutoring scored less the 50. It was probably too late into the course for her to get a passing grade, but it was obvious she benefited measurably from the time spent with the Mathnasium tutors.

Our son is now more confident in math. We appreciate how the gaps that exist are filled in and he still stays current with his class work.

Mathnasium has been a great experience for my daughter. She cares deeply about her grades. She has always been a straight "A" student and was upset that she was carrying a "B+" in math this semester. The speed that her honors class was being taught did not allow her to go over items she didn't quite grasp. Now, she is able to go over those items each day with her Mathnasium tutors. The most important thing is that it has reduced her stress, anxiety, and given her confidence in math. She now has a much better understanding and is consistently getting "A's" in math.

Mathnasium was a good experience for our daughter as she prepares to take the SAT. She liked the instructors and the work was targeted to her weaknesses.
