Overall, the workers did a great job pressure washing my home. And, a decent job sanding/staining my deck. The deck wood wasn't in great shape to start and care needed to be taken to clean it. I was told by the sales rep that only a light pressure wash would be done and mostly sanding to preserve the aging wood. However, the workers overly pressured washed the deck which chipped up the wood a lot. Then lightly sanded it. I could have paid much less if I had just used a company that only pressured washes decks. Additionally, the sales rep said that he would have workers drop off some extra stain but it has been 3 weeks since job was completed and I've received yet.

Charles Lightfoot was very professional and forthright. He explained in detail all the pros and cons of the service that you would provide to us. He did not rush us to make a decision but assured us that you would provide the best product/service. He is a valuable asset to your company.

Very happy with my fence. Efficient and skilled workers. Aaron was hard to reach at times.

We appreciated your quick response and like Dave Posner a lot. He was very pleasant and responsive. Our problem right now is that we are on a fixed income and were pretty naïve about what the costs would be. Mr. Aaron Baker arrived at our home only to find that he couldn't remove doors from a new refrigerator, as that is not a service you provide. However, he measured the appliance and said it would fit throught the hallway door into the kitchen. He said it would be tight but would make it.
Mr. Baker then proceeded to help me move the refrigerator and got it through the door into the kitchen. He went above and beyond to help get it in. The delivery men from the place we bought it wouldn't even help when they brought it in and left it in the hallway. He didn't have to help us out but he didn't hesitate. I would definitly call Beltway Builders for home repairs as he is a credit to your business and represence the integrity of your employees.

I have not had my job done as of yet, but I do like the service that was presented to me by Aaron Baker your Project Manager.

I like that the work was performed with skill and attention to details. However, it has not been finished yet, and I look forward to completion of the project and testing the results.

I think your company is well organized from email contact to appointment reminders. I thought the Project Manager, Michael Daly, was very knowledgeable. He had a lot of very good ideas, thoughts, suggestions to the (2) projects I have in mind. One being a deck with privacy fence and the other with retaining walls. He was very personable and represents your company very well.
