Have paid my deductible and initial ACV payment back on 8/30/19, there was additional work that needed done. At this point i have dealt with Lance,and Ron on your end as well Dallas. now an additional scope was added. the insurer submitted the follow up payment but as he referenced there is no reason that work has not been started since the first payment was made in August.
Patricia Owens was easy to talk to and she arrived to our house timely. Looking forward to her estimate for our project.

The services are great. I had a problem with my storm door that no one could give me a solution for. Patricia took one glance at it and knew exactly what to do. Very helpful and professional. I’ll be happy to use them in the future and would recommend them highly.
I was contacted the same day I researched trying to fund someone who might be able to help me. They set up an appointment, the fellow was here during the allotted time, and he looked at the work I wanted done. He explained what he felt was going to be needed to fix the problem and how he would proceed with contacting my insurance carrier. It was at that point I decided this was the company I wanted to work with.
They are very willing to work with my problem. Very helpful and understanding.

The contract page indicates that seniors over age 65 can take up to 7 business days without any obligation or penalty before making a final decision on accepting the proposal and scheduling the work. I assume that means that if we decide not to proceed with having you do the work within those 7 business days, our deposit would be refunded/credited back to the credit card used. Is all of that correct?
