I appreciated the quick response to my inquiry and the project manager came out quickly to provide an estimate. After signing the contract, about 2 weeks later they sent someone to replace my shutters as expected. I thought he did a very good job. My old shutters had a history of becoming loose. I hope these new shutters are secure. Everything seemed very professional.

The quality of work was outstanding. The staff was extremely professional and respectful. Having to wait for the representative to make it into your office to process the down payment so that the customer can get put on the schedule is a bit archaic though.

We are very happy with Aaron in the service we received on our owner remodel of our house. We had two bathrooms and floor done all the people that came were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We are still planning on using them in the future when we get our furniture moved out replacing the carpet‘s and flooring. I highly recommend that way beltway builders in their professionalism and service.

There was a prompt response to my contact and they totally understood what I needed. The workman did a fabulous job making the repair. The job was correctly assessed but turned out to be harder to do than could have been imagined. I was really impressed that he stuck with it until everything was done perfectly even though it took a lot longer than had been anticipated. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding.
THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE WAS GREAT. BUT DUE TO COVID IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE SHUTTERS AND GET THEM INSTALLED. SIGNED CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER/2020 DID NOT GET COMPLETE INSTALLATION TILL MARCH 2021

The two gentlemen who refinished my floor were great. Answered all my questions and recommended excellent solutions to a couple issues I had. The floor looks great.
One issue I had with the salesman. I asked about what I needed to do to prepare the room and was told "just remove the furniture". I specifically asked about pictures on the walls and curtains and was told not to worry about it because today it is a "virtually dustless" procedure.
Well, it's not, but I unfortunately believed the comment. I'm not complaining about how much dust was on the walls, pictures, and curtains. It is what I expected having refinished a floor myself in the past. It just would have been nice to get a straight answer to begin with so i could have prepared better.
I highly recommend beltway builders as Aaron the project leader is very professional and always stays on point and get a job completed in a timely fashion.
