I submitted a request to Beltway Builders to re-do my old failing roof. The project men, Aaron Baker and Matthew Lucas showed up promptly, examined and measured my roof, made recommendations and supplied me with shingle samples. My roof is large (approx 3500 sq. ft. and steeply pitched, not an easy task for any roofer. They gave me an estimate, which was lower than Erie and several other companies. I selected my shingle color, and they delivered the materials the next day and showed up the day after that for the installation. There was a total of 8 persons on my roof at one time, the work was very well done, virtually perfect. The entire job was finished in 1 1/2 days, and that included installing 40 sheets of new plywood, and the area around the house was left very clean, no debris or leftovers. I have to say that I am handicapped and nearly 80 years young, and not at all a stranger to yelling at contractors for shoody work. This time, there was nothing to complain about, excellent job! We have a historic home and had three different projects completed. All of the three sets of workers understood the significance of the home and worked hard to do each job correctly, knowing their work would likely be seen for another century.
They did a great job. They fixed some a leak by the chimney and grouted out master bathroom floor. They arrive on time and cleaned up after themselves. The do small jobs, which its great, because some companied only want the big jobs. I highly recommend.

We were very happy with the professionalism of Jessie who installed our sliding door - he did an excellent job. The door is high quality. Also Ryan did a great job on finishing up the screening project. Both projects were finished in a timely manner. Billie did a good job on communicating with us on scheduling the projects and answered all our questions in a thorough manner.

Luis replaced the dirt adjacent to the walkway with fresh topsoil & fresh lawn seeds, removed the protective cloth from my glass screen door, & the protective blue adhesive tape from my wrought iron handrail. Luis & his assistant were attentive,courteous,conscientious,expeditious in their work ethics & genuinely facilitative & genuinely caring of my concerns. They performed a picture perfect job! We are very happy with our new deck reconstruction. The salesman, Aaron, was always great and such a nice guy. He was very dependable and never failed to return my calls or answer questions. The price they gave me was less than two other companies. The materials used, Treks decking, was exactly what we wanted and not an off-brand. I guess you could say they over-built it beyond what was required for inspection. The guys who worked on our deck were excellent craftsmen and they created something extremely solid. The best part is that they used a design engineer to plan out the construction, included in the price, and it increased my confidence in executing the right plan. The office personnel seemed to be very nice as well. This was a good choice. Now all I need is some good weather!
