I really like the fact that you products are friendly to the environment. The fragrant is very pleasant and inviting, unlike some of the other I have experienced in the past. It was quite pleasing that there was little if any water remaining in the carpet after the cleaning process.

The fellow explained the process - set realistic expectations - and told us just how long it would take. The carpets came out better than expected. Awesome!

Smells clean

Our Tech was Joe... He explained everything to us when he got there. Our old carpets look so good. He got out the smell from my grandson getting sick all over our carpet. Stains and all. So impressed.. and yes yes yes we will have Joe and Zerorez back again to clean our carpets. The other thing that was great was that our dogs were allowed on the carpets with no worries about them getting sick.

The service was very personal. It did not feel like the technician was rushing to get to the next job. The quality was outstanding. I will never go for the regular steam clean carpet cleaner again. All of the smells are gone, and our carpet looks like new. Nick, our technician, was amazing!

My service man was great (Rob, I believe) very personable and professional. He was at my house by 9am and gone by 10am. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 8 year and I took everything out of the room so I could have every inch cleaned. I knew they were very dirty and stained. My carpets are 29 years old and they get a lot of use with 5 people and 5 cats. After treating the stains and cleaning the carpets he was able to get 90% of the stains out. I would have been happy just to have the dirt and grime out of them. Far above my expectations and at a very nice price. Would definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.
