In the six years that I have lived in my home and cleaned my carpets myself with my carpet cleaner, my carpets have never looked this good, or felt this plush. Your service was well worth every penny! Also, your technician should get a raise. Not only was Spencer very thorough, but he was also very personable and still very professional. It's rare to come across someone with both qualities. He even neglected to take his lunch at the normal lunch hour in order to come to my appointment and complete the job.
