I have recently had the delightful experience of having Mr. Keith Dolecki come to my home and help with some stains that our pet chihuahua had left for us while we were on vacation. Not only was he extremely capable and professional, he was also genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with. He also went above and beyond to take the time to clearly explain what service would benefit us the most. Your equipment was clean(unlike some Stanley Steemer equipment I have seen). And, most of all, the carpets are clean. All stains gone and they were not sopping wet when you left.
