The Zerorez carpet clean added new life to my floors. The service technician called when he was going to be early, showed up on time, and was very informative in regards to the product.

Cleaned the carpet very well, the only thing is - it took two days to dry the carpet.

All staff persons is spoke to were kind and courteous, and clearly interested in making sure that my questions were answered thoroughly. Because of an error in scheduling, I was offered a 10% discount since I had left work early to reschedule to an earlier appointment time.

Technician was hardworking, organized, and through, as well as kind and courteous.
I would definitely recommend him and request him in the future.

At this time, I am not 100% certain that the expensive extraction procedure was effective in removing the pet odors from my carpet. I will contacting the office to follow up on this.

I liked that the arrival window was only a 90 minute time frame. The technician provided 15 mins. notice of his arrival. The carpet looks refreshed and he did a good job with spot removal.
