Our carpets looks great! Zerorez was onetime and friendly. Very friendly and did a great job.

When booking my service I used the 3 room special 119.00 in the val u pack coupon.
There was NO Mention there would be a 15.00 disposal fee.
I also needed a sectional cleaned which I was told it would be 225.00 if I had the entire thing cleaned. But I explained that i only need the top of cushions etc and he said I could pick and choose and the service man would work with me to adjust and lower the price. But that was NOT the case. I was charged 225.00.. When I purchased the couch second hand for only 300.00. Very disappointing.
To be quite honest I would have probably asked him to leave because of false advertisement and communication. However, my daughter had several friends staying over and I didn't have a choice.
I had soot explode out of my furnace and needed it cleaned.

All pricing should be upfront,,, no surprises. The 10 score is only for your service guy

Dave was very friendly and a hard worker. He was not pushy but did offer other products. The carpet cleaning was very good. I am very pleased with the results. This was the first time trying zeroed service and was completely and pleasantly surprised with the service

After moving into our new home on the worst two days of winter in 2017, our cream-colored carpets were a complete mess! I seriously thought we were going to have to replace all of our carpets! Our daughter used Zerorez previously and then we heard an ad from 100.7 star/Bubba and Melanie and decided to try them.
