The technician was prompt, polite and professional. The carpet smelled clean after he left. However, after it sitting for 48 hours I think we still smell the urine that was in the carpet. We will have to call for the follow up.

I was extremly pleased with my Zerorez experience. The tech Nick called to let me know when he was on his way. He showed up in the time window as promised from the confirmation phone call that I received 2 days prior to my appointment. He was very courteous and professional and treated my home with great care. He worked diligently cleaning my carpets and furniture. No cutting corners .My husband recently had a medical procedure that left him immunocompromised. He has to come home to a clean, dust free environment. I feel very confident bringing him home now. Our carpets are over 20 years old and in good condition. Now the dust and pet hair is gone , the carpets smell clean and fresh, not like chemicals or perfumes, and they look great! So does the furniture. And they were totally dry within a few hours. I would definitly recommend Zerorez and in fact already did! Thanks for a great job!

I worked with 2 people at your company; the woman I spoke to who scheduled the appointment, and the man who physically came to my house to do the job, Nick. They were both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. You couldn't ask for 2 better employees. The job that was done far exceeded our expectations. It's 2 days later and we are still thrilled. Nick thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why- and while in conversation with Nick my husband brought up a time he was stationed in Germany while he was in the Army and Nick informed us of a 10% discount for Veterans! Does it get any better than that? We were impressed by the professionalism, what a great job Zerorez does with cleaning, but also by how Zerorez thinks of everything; a cover for the front door, guards to protect corners of the walls, and a big fan that helped expedite the drying of the carpets. Having Zerorez clean our carpets was 100% a pleasurable experience. You really know what you're doing and believe me; the next time we need our carpets cleaned, we're not wasting our time with anyone else; we're calling you!
