Zerorez has managed to schedule me quickly two different times within 3 months to get a date that worked with my schedule. Afterwards, the carpets looked new and the house smelled wonderful. The extra pet service option is worth the money. My new cats couldn’t tell other pets had ever been there and it was a nice surprise to learn the carpeted cat trees could be cleaned too!

Fast work friendly service and great results!!! Our service guy removed a large stain that was over 3 foot long, he took the pet smell outta our new carpet and restored it back to its original look from last year! We liked that there are no chemical used to clean the carpets as well as the quick drying time. Technician John contacted us prior to arrival as promised and was at the early end of our stated window. He was professional and answered questions regarding the process while he worked to clean our carpets in an efficient, but thorough manner.

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and does a fantastic job getting carpets clean without chemicals or harsh smells. Carpet is able to be walked on shortly after completion. I have used them before and would recommend them to anyone.
