I like that my carpets come out really clean at a reasonable price. What I really think sets Zerorez apart though is the quality of their employees. I have had 2 different people do my cleaning and both were extremely professional and very friendly. I have had bad experiences with other companies so this is very refreshing. I have had carpet cleaners yell at me for the amount of stuff under my couch ( 2 boys, what do you expect!) and I have had cleaners lecture me on how I was not taking proper care of my carpets. I have also had cleaners that were just plain unfriendly and some even shady.

The associate showed up at the time he said on the phone. He was pleasant, showed good manners, and cleaned my rugs beautifully in two hours. I was pleasantly surprised because this was my first time using Zerorez. I will definitely use them again.

IM AMAZED! NOT ONE TO BELEIVE ADS, BUT FROM START TO FINISH NO HASSLES. YOUR TECH JOHNATHAN WAS POLITE,KNOWLEGEABLE. HE CHECKED THINGS OUT TWICE AND THEN DID WHAT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR QUALITY SERVICE THAT GETS IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER LEFT FOR 3 HOURS CAME BACK TO "WOW" I WISH JONHATHAN WAS STILL HERE TO SEE THEIR REACTION.
