I actually wanted to wait a day or 2 after the complete drying process to see how things actually turned out & we were quite pleased even for an old carpet like ours.

The two agents of Zerorez called ahead of time to say they would arrive in 20 minutes. They did. They got right to work and completed the job in just under 1 hour. This is the second time I have used the services of Zerorez and I will use them again.

Professional, quick, great cleaning
Jon Jackson called before his arrival. He was right on time, was very personable and explained the process in detail. He was respectful of my elderly mom and of her furniture and draperies. We loved the pretreatment with the fruit rind essence. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone, as well as the Zerorez service.
