Did a great job and had better results than other big brand reputable carpet cleaners I've tried. Other have told me that wicking will happen- this company said the way they do it it should not happen and they will come back if it does. What was even better was the customer service. Very friendly, nice and helpful guys that came to clean; I realize that sounds like it should be a given but from my past experience it is not. Would 100% recommend them.

Zerorez installers were very polite and described every facet of the duct cleaning and demonstrated the techniques used. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with their presence during the cleaning and installation of the germ killer in the duct work.
