We were blown away by the customer service provided by Dave. He gave us updates every step of the way on how our cleaning was going. It had been a really long time since we had our carpets cleaned because we had a bad experience with a different company. With dogs and kids, our carpets were pretty dirty. We couldn't believe the difference once Dave had finished. He was honest and real with his recommendations and made sure we were aware of the price with every step. We will definitely be repeat customers.
