Fast and did a great job

Carter from zerorez cleaned my carpets. He did a great job. After a couple days I noticed there were still two spots on my living room carpet. The bedrooms and steps looked awesome but not thrilled with the living room. I called zerorez and explained my situation. To my surprise Marc came out and took care of those two spots. This is why I use and recommend zerorez. Thank you Carter and Marc.

I was pleased with the way the carpets were cleaned and I also had my tile and grout cleaned and they really look good. Dante explained things to me and did a very good job.

I like the way my carpets perked up after your cleaning. They are brighter and "fuller" than they were before Zerorez came. I don't see or feel any residue on the carpets at all. Also, there was virtually no smell (or maybe just a slight scent) while the carpets were being cleaned and after drying. I am sensitive to smells, and it was great that this was not an issue with your carpet cleaning product. The technician, Dave, was also excellent. He arrived on time during the projected window, even though there was flooding in the area and his van had a flat tire. Dave was personable, professional, pleasant and efficient--he seems like a great employee. All in all, I am pleased with the services you provided.

I was very satisfied with the service. I can't remember the guy's name that did the rugs but he was quick, knowledgeable of all the rules and the products. he did a great job on the rug,it looks really good. I would also give him a 10!! Please make sure he gets the credit!

What can I say? Vance surpassed our expectations with the air ducts and carpet cleanings he did at our son's home in Clairton. Our son was very pleased & happy with the clean & great smelling [actually NO more dog smell] carpets throughout his home.

Quick appointment. No perfumey smell

Fast response when I called to schedule. Prompt service technician had a smile on his face, was patient explaining your process, patient answering my questions and got the stains out of an area rug and seat cushion! Fabulous! Would highly recommend!

I was happy to be able to see the clean versus a non clean section before he finished the job. We like the process uses no harsh chemicals and will do again in the future. Zerorez was extremely easy to use from start to finish. The customer service department was great at helping set a date that worked with my schedule. The technician that came to my home was very polite and efficient. With it being a 90° day I was quite happy to see him place cover over my front door to help keep the cool air in and the bugs out.

Your Carpet Specialist, Alec, was a very nice, professional and intelligent young man. He was a great representative for you and your company. He explained everything in detail and quite clearly as to what he was going to do. I called in on the WDVE Radio Special, which is $109 for 3 rooms, but after the $15.00 water disposal fee, and all of the other "necessities", my bill sky rocketed to $368!?! A far cry for all of the advertisements. A shout out to Alec for a fantastic job.
