The techs were very knowledgeable about cleaning products services that zerorez provides. Also the techs were thorough with their work.

I had Zerorez come and clean carpets in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and my stairwell. The individual who performed the services was courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently. I hardly knew he was there. He wrapped up in what felt like an hour after arriving. We walked through the rooms and I confirmed everything looked and smelled good. I suspect I'll be using Zerorez again in the future for other rooms and furniture.

I HAD MY HOME STEPS clean the first time however i was not 100% satisfied so i let them know about that so someone called me i believe his name was PAUL and said sorry for my experience and he sent another cleaner technologist to re-do it again with no charge.i was extremely happy for recleaning my carpet and because of that, i will have them do my cleaning later on.i recommend this place to do all cleaning with 100%satiafation

THE CARPET CLEANING IS GREAT!

The person who did the rug cleaning suggested that I add the odor deorderizer. I am so glad I did. The room smelled so refreshing.
The service tech that did the cleaning was very people friendly. I do plan on getting the carpeting clean on an annual basis. I would like he same tech.
