The advanced biotreatment really did the job getting the heavy soiled stains out of my carpet. Andrew and David were very friendly. They did a wonderful job in a sufficient amount of time. Andrew was very knowledgeable and really helped me to make a better decision on what solution to use on my carpet. I plan to use Zerorez in the future for all of my flooring needs.
