I had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago. Brendan and Brian did an exceptional job. I was especially pleased that Brendan told me about all the additional services that could be provided but did not pressure me to add anything to my original agreement. The warranty on my carpet stipulates that I must have my carpets professionally cleaned yearly. I will be using Zerorez from this point on.
