Quick service, very nice personnel and willingness to work with me on pickup. I must say, I did not like that I had to pay in full when my rug was picked up. I can see paying a percentage, even half, but pay in full is no good. That should be changed. I would love to recommend you IF all goes well with the cleaning, but would tell anyone about having to pay upfront.

Matt and John were very knowledgable and friendly! They took the time to explain the process, the additional services available, and chatted with us while working in the living room where we were. They clean very well and have products for damage to the carpet caused by pet. Very useful when you’re moving out of a rental space.

The technicians were polite and friendly. They arrived at the earlier time of our appointment window with a call when they were on their way to our house. We had 4 rooms, the stairs and a loveseat cleaned. I'm very pleased with all of them.

The technicians ((Kayla and Anthony) were professional, polite and up front explaining what they were doing. Kayla recommended a few add on services but was not pushy. The product was totally dry in less than 24 hours with hardly any odor. Carpet looks good!
