i have used Zerorez many times to get my carpets cleaned. Most of the time my carpets look like new. This time I can already see marks that have come through once the carpet dried. The gentlemen that did the job were awesome. They were very considerate and so polite. I am not blaming them at all. Maybe the marks were too set to clean up. There was a pop stain they worked on pretty hard to get it out and I am very happy with that stain. The resurfacing marks are in the areas of wear so maybe the carpet is getting to the point that cleaning isn't as effective. They have come out previously.

I have had other carpet cleaning services before and none come close to the job your technician Andrew did. He showed up on time, was very professional as he looked over the job to do. He when about cleaning the carpet and as I looked on I worked up a sweat watching him working up a sweat. In a little over an hour he was done. When he was done our entire family was blown away how well it came out.
