I loved working with Zerorez. The two men that did the duct work cleaning were extremely professional and kind. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 out of 10 is because I never received before and after photos of my duct work.

One of the reasons we had chosen Zerorez is because I am extremely allergic to any and all scents. When the service was complete, there were no scents left behind, which made us extremely happy. Also, we do not use harsh chemicals in our household and Zerorez also does not use harsh chemicals in their cleaning process. That aspect is very important to us. The pre-treatment had a slight citrus scent when initially applied, however, once the carpet was fully cleaned by the machine, the citrus scent had been sucked up by the machine and had completely vanished. Our technician, John W., was very professional, friendly and super clean. He explained the whole process and completely answered all of our questions. He did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets.

Both of my appointments scheduled for February 26th went so smoothly, I will definitely use Zerorez for all future needs. The gentlemen who performed the air duct cleaning were polite, punctual and explained the entire process before starting and even checked in throughout the process. Later in the day the gentleman who cleaned our carpets was just as great as the first group. We closed on our house only two days before Zerorez came out, the seller had three cats and one large dog which caused breathing difficulty for my husband and myself as well as constant sneezing and itchy eyes. After Zerorez was there, neither of us had to take an inhaler just to be in the house. I even laid on the carpet after it was dry without sneezing or getting congested. I'm so pleased with your services, I can't say enough great things about your company. Thank you so much for getting our home one step closer to us being able to move in!
