The truck mounted equipment and the field technician [don't know the proper title 】make the job a success. Without either it is just a mess. JESS did a wonderful and thorough job. He pre. Treated, scrubed especially dirty spots and paid attention to the edges and corners. He planned the path that He would use and stuck with it cleaning every inch. He was pleasant and professional and I would welcome him again.

Quick and efficient!
I kept telling my husband we need to get new carpeting because it looks so dingy and dirty. We have been doing lots of heavy remodeling through out the house since we bought it so there is just not money in the budget for replacing the carpet. It has so many mystery stains (we do have 15 grandchildren) and we do wear our shoes in the house. The first time I had Zerorez come out I was hoping to make the carpet clean enough to last a few more months. That was 4 years ago! Now I have them come between 9 months to a year and the rug looks brand new every time they come. I recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.

Carpet looked very clean!
I was surprised how quick and efficient my gentleman was. He was worried about tracking dirt into my house and bugs coming in with the door opened to accommodate the hose. He was very friendly and explained about the stains and how the black around my carpet against the walls was from duct work. I would highly recommend. The cleaning solution was not overwhelming at all It was a nice pleasant scent
