Brandon showed up actually a little early.He wore little shoe covers and was very respectful of our possessions. He also answered all of our question in a professional manner particularly about pet stains and what products were best to use. He stressed we were not to walk on hard surfaces in bare feet after walking on wet carpet.

Brandon did an excellent job in a little over an hour and again reminded us not to walk on hard floors in bare feet.

We will have Zerorez back to clean our other rooms

of what to expect. Treated our home like his. He was so very respectful. Had time
to say hi to our dog (who loved him) as well as our grand daughter! He was a breath of

The day of service I received a phone call from the gentleman who was coming shortly. His name was Lance. He was so upbeat on the phone he left a great impression. He was a hard worker & did a very good job! My carpets look great. There is 1-2 small stains that did not come out but I completed understood. This was the first time I used Zerorez and I definitely will use them again! I am very pleased with service.

This is the second time that I have used Zeroez. The first time was done very quickly and the carpeting looked okay. The second time you sent Lance to do my carpeting. This was a completely different experience than the first. Lance was a perfect gentleman. He asked permission to come into my home. He put up some sort of screen at the door so no bugs would come in and he took his time and made sure that everything was clean. The difference between the first visit and the second visit was Lance. He is an employee that you should be proud of. He should really be training the other workers. You have a gem of an employee who represents your company at their best. When I get my carpeting cleaned again, I am asking for Lance. If I can't have him, I am not sure that I will use your company. There was that great a difference in the service he provided and the service the first employee provided.
