Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was informed a couple times of when to expect the technician, which was very helpful. Mark worked very efficiently. The carpets look good, and I liked that the pile wasn’t stiff when dried. The carpets are soft and look very clean. I’ll definitely use Zerorez next time I want my carpets cleaned.
