Excellent customer service from start to finish. We needed to reschedule our air duct cleaning more than once. Your staff on the phone was always fantastic: Kind, helpful, understanding and accommodating. At a time when it's hard to even get a person to answer when you call many businesses, it was a wonderfully refreshing change to work with a company that clearly prides itself on customer service. Zerorez does everything well. From scheduling to timeliness of appointments to the actual cleaning process. I have been using Zerorez since 2017 and have never been disappointed. Their personnel are extremely professional and thorough. I want to give a shout out to Dain. He did a fabulous job.

Jeff and his son were on time, explained everything thoroughly and were careful going through the house. I did purchase the UV air purifier as an extra. We forgot to review the pics of the air vents prior to their leaving. However, Jeff shared that some of the debris in them was back from when the house was built. I would use your services again.
